City staff has reviewed your request for a six month extension for Park
South P.U.D., Second Filing, and has no problem in granting your request.
Please consider this letter as notification of the extension of Park South
P.U.D., Second Filing, until November 21, 1986. As only two consecutive
administrative six month extensions are allowed, any future extensions will
require a hearing by the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board.
