Said easement shall be in effect until that time that the parking area and or Mitchell Drive are constructed on or adjacent to said Lot 2. A 40.00 foot radius circle situate in said Lot 2 whose center is a point which bears East 76.00 feet and again North 50.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 2.
