Municipal Building 300 Laporte Ave. Fort Collins, CO HAND DELIVERED RE: Our Saviour's Lutheran Church Dear Mr. Baker: Ralph B. Harden H. Ted Schmidt, Jr. George H. Hass Richard F. Zler R. William Wowro Jeannine S. Haag Marla R. Helm Richard M. Stillwell 5" 1 il Le cti, y A< Thank you for meeting with myself, Bill Brown and Randy Pabst. By this letter, the church agrees to install either a detached five-foot or seven -foot sidewalk along the Lemay frontage, with a handicapped ramp at the Kirkwood intersection. The final decision to width is still being negotiated. This agreement to install the sidewalk is in lieu of all assessments or other fees assessed to the church for the City street oversizing fund. I understand that upon receipt of this letter you will authorize the issuance of a building permit. The issuance of a C.O. for the church addition will be contingent upon completion of the sidewalk. We believe this to be a satisfactory solution to our request to waive or reduce the street oversizing assessment. Thank you for your consideration and attention to our request. sincerel urs, ✓ eorge H. Hass FOR THE FIRM GHH/llh CC: William H.
