This is the first concise review List we have received regarding site utilities, grading and drainage since the requested revised design was submitted on March 3, 1966. We have employed RBD Engineers to provide aLL civil engineering services required and they assure us that they can meet the April 9, 1986 noon submission time with the required engineering drawings. Their only concern is that certain ditch alignment questions be resolved in a timely manner with the Irrigation District and Ms. Tripoli. We suggest that aLL parties to this project and process strive for a timely and satisfactory completion of the work required to insure no additional delays in the Final. PUD process. Price, Pastor )f Fort Collins _lporte Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80521 Gentlemen: April 21, 1986 As you know, the First Church of the Nazarene of Fort Collins ("the Church") is in the process of submitting a planned unit development to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado ("the City") for approval. In connection with the City's review of the project, we have been advised that the City will require that an access and parking easement be established for the joint use of both owners of the project. Our attorney has prepared a draft of the proposed Access and Parking Easement Agreement ("the Easement") and has forwarded this document to the City for review. The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge our understanding that no development or construction activity may occur on the project until such time as an access and parking easement in a form acceptable to the City has been executed by the owners of the project and has been recorded with the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado. Therefore, notwith- standing approval of the project by the City, we understand that we must first meet the City's requirements with regard to establishing an access and parking easement before development may occur on the property. If you desire further confirmation or understanding, please do :not hesitate to contact me. Thank you. Sincerely yours, David K. Allen DKA:vs cc: Mr. Curt Miller Mr. Joseph H.
