Please provide details for the water quality outlet structures on the plans. An outlet structure similar to the City's standard would be preferred. They can be a smaller version and would provide a better design regarding aesthetics and spare usage. An area inlet in the middle of the pond sticking out of the ground may be less appealing visually. S&A: Details for orifice plate added to Sheet No. 6. Number: 33 Created.- 121912003 There is a tree still being proposed on top of an area inlet as per previous comment. Please relocate tree. S&A: Tree has been relocated. Topic: Erosion/Sediment Control Number. 34 Created. 121912003 1. The plan has the wrong erosion control notes. Please use the "new" Loveland/Ft. Collins/Larimer County notes for sediment and erosion control. Please add to these any notes specific to the construction of this project. S&A: Notes have been revised. See Sheet 6. 2. There is no erosion control plan that indicates the BMP's to be used and their location. S&A: There are now. See Sheet 4. 3. There are no PS or EFF calculations. S&A: Added PS & EFF to Storm Drainage Report. Topic: Floodplain Number: 35 Created. 121912003 1) Sheet 2 of 6- Reference Map. Please change the note to add the word floodplain after Canal Importation Basin. S&A: Added floodplain to Sheet 2 of 6. Pagc I 2) Drainage Report a) Please state the building foundation is slab -on -grade. This is noted on the plans, but not in the report. S&A: First paragraph under Developed Site section. h) On Page 1, please state this site is in the Canal Importation floodplain, not just the Canal Importation basin. S&A: Added to page 1. c) Please attach the Anderson report. It's referenced, but not attached. S&A: Attached Anderson report.
