Dear Sir:
1n regard to te:e Locust Grove Subdivision, 2nd Filing,
the portion of Kimball :toad west of Louise Lane (1/2 block
street) has never been paved. Since the house at 613 Louise
Lane is occupied, this poses an inconvenience for the owner
and a maintenance problem for the City.
The utility Plan for Lae subdivision shows that this
street was to be paved by the subdivider, and we therefore,
request that you proceed with the paving this Fall to
eliminate the problem.

I have talked to rir. Roscoe Anderson about the paving
of the street adjacent to your property. he has indicated
that iie will be pavi.ig taus portion of street, along with
other streets, in early spring. he will, yet this fall,
gravel titis street sufficiently so that you can have access
in and out of your driveway this winter.
This snould take care of the access to your garage
through the winter, and we will watch to see that this street
is paved next spring.

This letter is to notify your office of our intent
to have the unpaved streets in Locust Grove, 2nd Filing
paved should Mr. Roscoe Anderson default in this re-
sponsibility. It is our understanding that a contract for
the paving has been let by Mr. Anderson, and that the streets
will be paved as soon as the weather permits.
If I can be of further assistance to you concerning
this matter, please don't hesitate to call.
