Dear Rick,
The staff has reviewed
approval of the Replat
following comments:
the application for 'preliminary and final
of Lot 1, Hill Pond and would offer the
1. Bonnie Tripoli will be contacting you directly concerning
Public Works comments.
2. The existing easements along the north property line of
Lot 2 should be shown and maintained.
3. The signed mylars of the subdivision plan should be delivered
to this office no later than Monday, October 17. Also, on that
date, 8%" X 11" reductions of the plan should be submitted.
4. The applicants will need to submit an administrative change
to adjust the approved landscape plan and PUD site olan to
reflect replat.
