Confirming our telephone conversation on Thursday, May 15, 1980, the City's
Chief Construction Inspector, Mr. David Stringer, has reported the unpaved
portions of Orchard Place and Rocky Road within your Hess Subdivision are a
traffic hazard.
We are requesting, therefore, that you cotr>plete paving of that intersection
with the utnust expendiency. It is our understanding that small children
are playing in the mud pudholes caused by the unfinished paving which is in
a relatively heavy trafficed local street.
Please help to prevent an accident to a small child.
