This is a request from ZTI Development Group, Inc. as owner and
developer, to vacate a part of Butch Cassidy Drive that will be east of the cul-
de-sac in the proposed Greenbriar Village P.U.D., First Filing. The proposed
P.U.D. will make Butch Cassidy Drive into a cul-de-sac, and we would like the
City of Fort Collins to vacate the portion that is east of the cul-de-sac and will
be green area. The portion being vacated needs to remain as a utility and
drainage easement to encompass existing utility mains that will remain in place.
The enclosed plat depicts the proposed vacation and includes the legal
description of it.
