Gentlemen:
This will confirm the agreement of Collindale South, a Partnership,
to install a collector street connecting McMurry Avenue in the Golden
Meadows Business Park to Wheaton Drive in Golden Meadows Second Filing.
This street will be dedicated and installed in a location to be specified
by the City. We understand that this location will be generally adjoining
the north boundary of the lands to be zoned in the B-P zoning district.
It is further agreed that this roadway will be dedicated and installed
at such time as may be required by the City.
