The shaded portion of the alley as shown on the attached drawing is being proposed for vacation. The owner oFthe properties abutting the alley are requesting the right-of-way vacation because they wish to mitigate the speeding traffic and dust problems as outlined in the attached March 28 memorandum. The requests in the memorandum were denied by traffic operations and the property owners feel that right-of-way vacation is the next alternative to address their concerns. Please sign and return any comments to Tim Blandford in the Development Review Center by 1998. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assrune you have no objections to he proposed vacation.
