A new master drainage plan will be required. Please refer to the Foothills Drainage Plan for preparation of the master drainage plan. 2. The staff would recommend that different graphic treatment be used to differentiate the collector street from the primary local streets. Street widths will be determined at preliminary platting. 3. The staff would recommend that the plan indicate the potential for a future vehicular access from Phase 4 to the property on the east. 4. Phase 1 should include a designation for a recreational amenity as is being shown on the preliminary plan. I would recommend that we meet as soon as possible to discuss the above evaluation. Any revisions to the site plan must be received by this office no later than Wednesday, July 8, 1981. Also, on Monday, July 20, 1981, 8-1/2" x 11" reductions of all site plans and colored renderings of site plans must be submitted. If you should have any questions, please feel free to call. Sincerely, Joe Frank Senior Planner JF/fsr cc: Curt Smith Josh Richardson EXT. 655
