Please remove indications of "private" for the drainage and utility easements called out on the plat. Having easements that
are private, yet dedicated to the City is a legal paradox.

A DCP meeting, revised bonding/inspection fees, and possibly an amendment to the development agreement are items
that will need to be addressed prior to construction.
