ORDINANCE NO. 150 , 1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C=OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY
OF HILLPOND ON SPRING CREEK, SECOND FILING
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate all easements and rights -of -way located on the original plat of
Hillpond on Spring Creek, Second Filing; and
WHEREAS, this property was replatted a number of times and said
vacation is needed to clear the titles of the current lots; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and have indicated no
problem with the request; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all easements and rights -of -way located on the original plat
of Hillpond on Spring Creek, Second Filing be, and the same hereby are,
vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of October, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 70thday of NovPmbe, A.D. 1984.
