Box 251 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear George, The staff has reviewed the application for preliminary and final approval of the Poudre Valley Hospital Expansion P.U.D. and offers the following com- ments: I. The overall increased runoff has been addressed except the detail on how the roof top detention is controlled. Details need to be submitted for City review and approval. 4. The applicants will need to provide information verifying the revised vol- ume of the existing storm water detention ponds and roof top detention prior to issuance of any Certificate of Occupancy. A note should be added to the utility plans, construction plans and site plan reflecting this condition. 5. All new building additions must be equipped with full fire sprinkler pro- tection. Please note on site plan. 6. Some additional building envelope dimensions are needed. All sides of the envelopes should be dimensioned. 300 LaPorte Avenue - P.O. Some additional screening materials should be provided along the east property lines. Street trees at 30' - 40' spacing should be provided along Lemay Avenue. 9. I have not received the black and white photos of the proposed taller buildings that were promised. Until this information is received, the Planning Staff cannot make a recommendation on the building height. I would recommend we meet as soon as possible to discuss the above comments. I will be on vacation from June 26th to July 10th. Please contact Mike Herzig, Development Coordinator, regarding utility issues. Five copies of revised plans should be submitted to this office no later than July 5. On July 17th, 8'x 11" PMT reductions, colored renderings of the site, landscape and building eleva- tions should be submitted. Signed mylars of the site, landscape plan, building elevations and signed Development Agreement and Site and Landscape Cove- nants documents should be submitted no later than July 20, 1989.
