WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition has been presented to
the Council of the City of Fort Collins in substantial compliance witi*
the provisions of Article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statuteu
1933, by the owners of the land embraced in what is known as the
Arthur C. Shealy Annexation to the City of Fort Collins. Wherein and
wboreby said petitioner and applicant petitioned the City of Fort Collier:.;
for the annexation to the City of Fort Collins of all the territory cam,-
braced in what is knows as the Arthur C. Shealy Annexation to the City
of Fort Collin,, colorsdo, comprising the leads shown in the plat
thereof attached to said petition and more particularly described as
hertimafter eat forth.
WHEREAS, said petition woo accepted by the Council of the City
of Fort Collins by resolution passed and adopted on the 27th day of
December. A. D. 1956, and
WHEREAS, notice for banning an the 14th day of February, A. v.
1957, on an ordinaace approving the annexation of said territory and ie:-

Collins does not assume obligations respecting the construction of water
mains, sewer lives, Sea mains, electric Light lines or other service:r#.�r
utilities with respect to the service of said addition, except as mcay t

said addition at their own eawonse and except as may be initiated by
owners of said property within the limits of said addition in compliaa"o
