OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ADOPTING
NAMES FOR CERTAIN STREETS I'; TfiE TERRITORY INCLUDED
Ii7 THE NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, certain streets are in use in the territory included in
the North College Avenue Annexation, and
WHEREAS, some of the street names presently used in said area
conflict with existing street names in use in the City of Fort Collins prior
to such annexation, while other streets do not presently have names, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that such situation be clarified for
correct utility billing, to avoid confusion and for numerous other reasons,
and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has recommended that certain
street names be adopted as the correct and legal names in accordance with a
map thereof prepared by said Engineering Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the recommendation of the Engineering Department be and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the street names as shown on the attached
map prepared by said Engineering Department be and the same are hereby adopted
as being the correct and legal names for such streets as are shown on said
plat.
Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the Council held this
21st day of January, A. D. 1960.
