OF TIME COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING
THE OFFER OF DELTA ETA HOUSE ASSOCIATION IN CONNECTION
ol'fu TiiE VACATION OF A PORTICO OF `JEST COY DRIVE
WiLEREAS, the Delta Eta House Association has petitioned the City
Council to vacate the portion of best Coy Drive located in the C. W. Johnson
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has recommended such
vacation suhject to the agreement of Delta Eta House Association to take
certain actions, and
tIaE;EAS, the Delta Eta House Association has offered to make an
agreemment w:th the City of Fort Collins to comply with the requirements
suggested by said Planning and Zoning board, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that it will be in
the best interests of the City of Fort Collins to accept the offer of the said
Delta Eta House Association and to vacate said portion of West Coy Drive,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS thai: the offer of Delta Eta House Association be and the same is hereby
accepted.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
21st day of November, A. D. 1963,
