BEING AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE VACATION OF A
PORTION OF LIEST COY DRIVE
TFHER3AS, Delta. Eta House Association, the owner of the hereinafter
described portion of Wrest Coy Drive, has petitioned the City Council of the
City of Fort Collins to vacate the same, and
WHEREAS, said owner has a_,reed to furnish an easement for necessary
ur.ilities now :in the said portion of West Coy Drive :and to pay the costs of
