BEING AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE VACATION OF A
STREET AND EASEMENT IN ST. VRAIN SUBDIVISION, A
PLAT RECORDED ON OCTOBER 27, 1961, WITH THE LARIMER
COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a street
designated as Spring Park Drive and the easements as shown on and established
by the Plat of St. Vrain Subdivision recorded October 27, 1961, with the Larimer
County Clerk and Recorder, and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of
Fort Collins a proposed replat of St, Vrain Subdivision by all of the owners of
lands included in said subdivision except the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Collins has this date
approved said proposed replat, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
street and easements shown on the plat of St. Vrain Subdivision,
COLLINS:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
Section 1. That Spring Park Drive and all easements as established
by and shown on the original plat of St. Vrain Subdivision in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, filed October 27, 1961, with the office of the Clerk and
Recorder of Larimer County be and the same hereby are vacated, abolished, and
abated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 20th day of February, A. D. 1964, and to be presented for final passage on
the 12th day of March, A. D. 1964.
