BEING. AN ORDINANCE VACATING SMITH PLACE AND CERTAIN UTILITY
EASEMENTS IN THE BRISTOL SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT
COLLI.NS, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to vacate Smith
Place in the Bristol Subdivision in the City of Fort Collins, and certain utility
easements in the said subdivision,and
WHEREAS, said street as now platted is not needed for municipal purposes
and said easements are not now needed nor will they be needed in the future for
the installation of any utilities, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of street
and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Smith Place in the Bristol Subdivision of the City of
Fort Collins, be and the same hereby is abolished, vacated and abated.
Section 2. That all utility easements on Lots 10 through 34 of said
Bristol Subdivision, except for the sanitary sewer easement running through Lots
14, 21 and 32, be and the same hereby are abolished, vacated andabated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 13th day of October, A.D., 1966, and to be presented for final passage on
the 3rd day of November, A.D., 1966.
