a Colorado corporation, has this day filed and presented its
petition and application to the City Council as the u-mer of
ti.e entire area of Circle Drive Subdivision of L. C. ieloore's
Third Adcition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, as shown
in the plat t1aereof annexed to said petition, which said plat
Dias been duly signed and acknowledged by the petitioner, (,rant-
ink, conveying, and dedicating the streets and alleys in said
Addition to the City of Fort Collins for the use of the public,
to be known as Circle Drive Subdivision of L. C. Moore's Third
iddition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, which said plat
is a replat of Blocks 11 6, and %, Lots 1 to 5 inclusive and
Lots 12 to 16 inclusive of Block 2, Lots 1 to 5 inclusive and
Lots 1.2, to 1.6 inclusive oiBlock 5, and the East 4o feet of Lots
1 to 10 inclusive of Block 8, as l,latted in L. C. I.Ioore's Third

Collins, e.nd the costs t".ereof are to be paid by the applicant,
and all taxes assessed aF;ainst said territory have been paid;
and in said application the s--ic applicant, for itself and its
raniees, covenants ana agrees to and with the City of Fort
Collins that upontl_e acceptance of said application it is
expressly arced and understood that the applicant and its
=rantees covenant and agree that they will be bound by and
will observe and obey the ordinances in force ana effect at
the Lime of the acceptance of said plat and hereafter adopted
re-pe,ctin,_; the installation and payment for local public
impr•ovenients; and

Colorado Loan I_ssociation, a Colorado corporation, be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved, and that all of the
streets and alleys within the area of Blocks 1, 6, and %, Lots
1 to 5 inclusive and Lots 12 to 16 inclusive of Block 2, Lots
1 to 5 inclusive and Lots 12 to 16 inclusive of Block 5, and
the „ast 40 feet of Lots 1 to 10 inclusive of Block 8 of L. C.
Loore's Tiiird 1ddition to the City of fort Collins, Colorado,
be ana the wise are hereby vacated, and t_rat the plat of` said
area is hereby vacated.

the County Clerk ana Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado, for
record, ana that a duplicate thereof be filed in the office
of t!ie City Clerk, ana that the applicant shall pay the cost
thereof.
