BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A
RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A PUBLIC ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been requested to vacate por-
tions of Daisy Avenue and Columbine Avenue situate in the Penthouse
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said portions of Daisy Avenue and Columbine Avenue, for
which vacation is requested, are not needed for municipal purposes nor
will the same be needed for municipal purposes in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described portion of Daisy Avenue and Columbine
Avenue, to -wit:
A tract of land situate in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., City
of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado,
which considering the East line of said Northeast 1/4 as
bearing due N-)rf•: and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines
which beqin at a point which bears North 924.00 feet and
again N 89038' W 750.00 feet from the South east corner
of said Nolheast 1/4 and run thence North 15.00 feet;
thence N 89 38' W 90.00 feet thence South 15.00 feet;
thence S 89°38' E 90.00 feet to the point of beginning,
together with: a tract of land situate in the Northeast
1/4 of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which
considering the East line of said Northeast 1/4 as bearing
due North and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto is contained within the boundary lines which
begin at a point which bears North 924.00 feet and again
N 81)038' W 1000.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said
Northeast 1/4 and run thence North 15.00 feet; thence °N 890
38' W 90.00 feet; thence South 15.00 feet; thence S 89
38' E 90.00 feet to the point of beginning,
be, and the same hereby are, abated, vacated and abolished.
