OF Bi2YAP, AVENUE

WIEREAS, uie owners of'the hereinafter described portion of Bryan
Avenue have per_itioned the City Council of the City of Fort Collins to vacate
the same, and
WHER]?AS, said owners have obtained a deed to the City of Fort Collins
Of an equal amount of land adjoining the East side of said Bryan Avenue to replace
the portion of Bryan Avenue requested to be vacated, and
W!iEffiBAS, it appears that the rights of the inhabitants of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by accepting the deed to
the land adjoining Bryan Avenue on the East and vacating the portion of Bryan
Avenue requested to be vacated, and whereas, the City Engineer has recommended
twat such action be taken.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUICIL OF THE CITY OF FORA'
Section 1. That the following described portion of Bryan Avenue,
Begin at a point 2,654.4 feet East and 255,3 feet South of the
"Aorthwest corner of Section 15-7-699 Thence South 01' 11' East
146.0 feet, thence East 3.7 feet, thence ;forth Ol°43' West 146.05
feet, thence ?]est 3.5 feet to beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated, abolished and abated.
Introduced, considered favorably or, first reading, and ordered published
this 7th day of June, A. D., 1962, and to be presented for final passage on June
28, 1962.
