WITNTSSETH: 1. Description of Easement. The easement granted by these presents is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 2. Term of Easement. This easement shall be permanent. 3. Purpose of Easement. To reslope and/or recontour the grounds as necessary for drainage structures and to provide access and maintenance for this purpose. 4. Warranty. The Owner warrants that it is the owner in fee simple of the easement premises and will defend title thereto against all claims adverse to this easement. 5. Comvensation. Grantee agrees to pay the Owner One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration for the easement. 5. Reservation of Rights. The Owner reserves all rights in and to the subject property inciuding the right of possession except for those necessary to carry out this easement. DATED this �� day of t 12002.
