City of Fort Collins, praying that the existing alleys in the
said clock be vacated and that the two alleys dedicated by
tide owner of the `mound covered thereby as shown on a certain
Plat there,,vith filed, be accepted and that the Mayor be di-
rected on behalf of the City to consent to the re -numbering
01' the; lots included within said Block as shown on said plate
and,
THEREAS, It appears that the lots included within
said block and the public generally will be better served by
the new alleys so proposed to be d�tdicated,'and the vacation
of the old alleys;
P:07,, THEF:EFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council
of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
That the alleys as heretofore located and platted
in block 275 of the West Side Addition to the City of Fort
Collins, be and the same hereby are vacated, and the Dbdica-
ticn Leed tendered by C. Golding-Dwyre for the two alleys
shown u;_>on tLe new plat of said Block be accepted, and the
T;:ayor is hereby directed on behalf of the City to accept said
L,:ed uI 9edication and consent to the re -numbering of the
Tuts included within the said Block; And the City Clerk is
hereby directed to record a certified copy of this resolution,
to,;ether with the said Deed of Dedication and accompanying
plat in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer county.

Tile undersigned, who !re the owners of the following
Lots in Elock No. 275 of the F;est Side Addition to the City of
Fort Collins, according to the recorded plat thereof, that is
to say: C. Golding-Dwyre is the owner of Lots 1 to 8 inclusive,
card 13 to 28 inclusive; and J. F. Roten is the owner of Lots 9
rind 1C, the sr,id persons being the owners of all the lots inclu-
ded in said Llock, except Lots 11 and 12 owned by the Colorado
. tsouthern. Railway Comp<ny, do hereby show that the two alleys
included within the sr -kid block .s now platted do not conveniently
:: rve the needs o; the lots included within the said Block, or
th(. public generally; that, therefore, your petitioners desire
to h�vc: the said alleys vacated rind thereupon to re -sub -divide
the said "clock and to dedicate to public use the tr'oalleys as
^:arl<(-d upon the accompanying plat; and your petitioners therefore
gray that the said alleys as now platted may b9 resolution be
v.-icated <rid'thjt the said plat herewith filed Jmay be accepted
by the City and the dedication of the said alleys be accepted,
and consent be given to the re -numbering of the said lots as
indicated on the said plat; end that the T:ayor oft,he City be
directed to acknowledge the new plat of the said Block on behalf
ci' the City of Fort Collins.
