ORDINANCE N0. 33, 1979
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN
ALLEY IN BLOCK 102 OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate an alley in
Block 102 of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, more particularly des-
cribed below; and
WHEREAS, said alley is not presently needed as an alley or roadway;
and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said alley, provided that there is reserved an easement for utilities as
are now constructed at said allev.
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following sections of the described alley, more parti-
cularly described as follows, to -wit:
Section 1:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 12, Block 102,
Fort Collins, Colorado, and run thence East 130.00
feet; thence South 10.00 feet; thence West 130.00 feet;
thence North 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 13, Block 102,
Fort Collins, Colorado, and run thence North 10.00
feet; thence East 130.00 feet; thence North 10.00 feet;
thence Fast 60.00 feet; thence South 20.00 feet; thence
blest 190.00 feet to the point of beginning.
he, and the same hereby are, abolished, vacated and abated, except that
there is reserved unto the City of Fort Collins an easement for utilities
as now constructed in said alley.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 13th day of March, A.D. 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the loth day of April, A.D. 1979.

ORDINANCE NO. 17, 1967,
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY IN
BLOCK 102 IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to vacate the North -
South alley in Block 102 in the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEB AS, said alley as now platted is not needed for municipal purposes
nor will it be needed in the future for municipal purposes except insofar as the
same is presently used as an easement for existing underground utility lines, and
,THERM, S, the owners of all of the property adjacent to said alley have
petitioned for the vacation of said alley and it appears that the rights of the

residents of the City of Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced by the vation
of said alley.
NOW, TfivZET'ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
that the North -South alley in Block 102 in the City of Fort Collins be and the
same hereby is abolished, vacated and abated provided, however, that there is
hereby reserved unto the City of Fort Collins a right of way and easement for
underground utility lines as the same are now in place in said alley.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 9th day of March, A.D., 1967, and to be presented for final passage on the
6th day of April, A.D., 1967.
