ORDINANCE NO. 13, 1967
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 93 IN
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS.
47t=,�AS, the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to vacate the
alley in Block 93 in the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, said alley, as now platted, is not needed for municipal
purposes nor will it be needed in the future for municipal purposes, and
WH=AS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced by the vacation of said alley.
NOW, TlE=, ORE, BE IT ORDAIID BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That the alley in Block 93 in the City of Fort Collins be and the same
hereby is abolished, vacated and abated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 16th day of February, A. D. 1967, and to be presented for final passage
on the 9th day of March, A. D. 1967.
