BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 91 IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate an alley in Block 91 in the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, as more particularly described below; and
WHEREAS, said alley is not needed as an alley or roadway; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins
will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said alley, provided that
there is reserved an easement for utilities as now constructed in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
following described alley more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The alley running North and South in Block 91 in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado;
be and the same hereby is abolished, vacated and abated, except that there is reserved unto
the City of Fort Collins an easement for utilities as now constructed in said alley.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 18th day
of July, A. D. 1968, and to be presented for final passage on the 8th day of August, A.D.
1968.
