PETITION FOR VACATION OF ALLEY.
Fort Collins, Colo., July 29, 1902-
To the Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Fort Collins.
Oentlemen:-
You= Petitioners respectfully represent that School
Distric% No. 5, in the County of Larimer and State of Colorado, owns
all of Block 84 in the City of Fort Collins;
That said District is about to erect a school building upon said
Block 84 for public school purposes;
That at a special meeting of the Board of Directors of said Dis-
trict, held on July 28, A. D. 1902, your petitioners (being respective-
ly the President and Secretary of said Board) were Mly instructed to
petition your honorable body to cause the alley In said Block 84 to be
vacated;
Therefore, your petitioners respectfully petition that your honor-
able body will make an order vacating the alley in said Block 84 in the
Oity of Fort Collins.
