Amendment Agreement No. 1
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this rA day of . L<vc ,
198" by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal
corporation ("City"), and UPLAND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Nebraska
Corporation, ("Developer"), is an amendment to that certain Development
Agreement dated the 23rd day of August 1984, by and between the City and
Upland Industrial Development Company ("the Development Agreement"). By
this agreement:, the aforesaid Development Agreement is hereby amended in
the following particulars:
Exhibit "B" is replaced by the attached Exhibit "B-1".
Except as hereon amended or modified, the Development Agreement shall
continue in full force and effect. This agreement and the development
agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands the day and year
