THIS AGREEMENT ADDENDUM is made and entered into this day of
-11 ,Z < , A.D. 1979, by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter sometimes designated as the
"City", and POUDRE VALLEY CONSTRUCTION, INC., hereinafter designated as the
"Developer".
WITNESSEPH:
WHEREAS, Developer and City have previously entered into an agreement,
attached hereto, for the development of UNIVERSITY SQUARE SUBDIVISION; and
It is agreed that the Introductory Paragraph which reads as follows:
WHEREAS, Developer desires to develop said property as a ccnmrcial
subdivision and...
is in error and shall, therefore, be changed to read as follows:
WHEREAS, Developer desires to develop said property as a residential
and commercial subdivision and...
It is -further agreed that paragraph (rod) of the attached agreement is
in error and shall, therefore, be changed to read as follows:

error and shall, therefore, be changed to read as follows:
