ORDINANCE NO. 76, 1970,
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE UNIVERSITY SHOPPIiNG
WHEREAS, the owner of the property adjoining the same has requested that the City of
Fort Collins vacate a certain easement in the University Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, said easement is not needed for municipal purposes and will not be needed
for municipal purposes in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
TILAT the following described easement, to -wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract "C" of University Shopping
Center as platted and approved on May 14, 1959, thence N. 00018' W.
135.08 feet; thence along the arc of a 15 foot radius curve to the
left a distance of 23.52 feet, the long chord of which bears N. 450
09' W. 21.16 feet; thence East 55 feet; thence S. 00018' E. 150.08
feet; thence West 40.00 feet to the point of beginning;
be and the same hereby is vacated, abated andabolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 19th
day of November, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 17th day of
December, A. D. 1970,
