WID,RrAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of
a utility easement located on Lot 1, Block 3, Spring Creek Subdivision, in the
City of fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, according to the
recorded plat thereof, said portion to be vacated being, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:

Beginning at the N,d corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Spring
Creek Subdivision, Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, thence east 4'u" along said Lot
line to the point of beginning, thence east 1'u'' along
said 1,ot line with all bearings herein relative thereto,

tue point of beginning;
.vdEREAS, it appears that this portion of this easement is not needed
nor will it be needed in rue future for the installation of any utilities, and
dtHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City or
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLLNS that that portion of an easement located on Lot 1, Block 3, Sprin;
Creel: Subdivision, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the NU corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Spring
Creek Subdivision, Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
Mate of Colorado, tizence east 4'6" aionr said Lot
line to the point of beginning, thence east 1'0' along
said Lot line vita all bearings herein relative thereto,
