The purpose of this letter is to indicate to you that within
sixty days of today's date we will submit to you a petition for
annexation to the City of Fort Collins, a subdivision plat and
a Unit Development Plan for the property located at 216 West Horse-
Looth Road, known as the Rocky Hill Skating Center. This agreement
is made as a condition of receiving City sewer service and I under-
stand that if I do not comply with this agreement, the City may
disconnect the sewer service to the above property.
