PZ92-9 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A TEMPORARY ACCESS, DRAINAGE, AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND A TEMPORARY DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN QUAIL HOLLOW SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHEREAS, the Developer and Owner of Quail Hollow Subdivision Fourth and Fifth Filings, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, was required to dedicate a temporary access, drainage, and utility easement and a temporary drainage and utility easement with the development of said Fourth Filing; and WHEREAS, as a part of the development of the Quail Hollow Subdivision Fifth Filing, the Developer and Owner of said Fifth Filing, has requested that the City vacate said temporary easements; and WHEREAS, the temporary easements are no longer necessary and the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City and private utilities and the Poudre Fire Authority and they have no objections. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins that the temporary access, drainage and utility easement and the temporary drainage and utility easement recorded with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder on April 27, 1990 under reception numbers #90017495 and #90017494 be and are hereby vacated. Passed and Zoning Board of June, A.D. 1992. adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and the City of Fort Collins held this 22nd day of 07Y OF FORT COLL.:NS
