NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins that 1 foot of a portion of the 6 foot utility easements on Lots 2, 3, 9, 22, 26, 28, 29, 31, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 56, 57, 58, and 59 of Cottonwood Ridge, which easement is more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby vacated. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Resolution PZ04-31 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Owner has requested the vacation of a portion of the 6 foot wide utility easement on Lot 61 of Cottonwood Ridge. The utility easement is not needed, but a drainage easement is needed and the property owners are dedicating this easement along the southern property line of this lot. The utility companies have been contacted and have no problems with the proposed vacation. RESOLUTION NO.
