of this agreement, it is :iutlially* agreed as-ollows:
1. First party a,;rees that said subdivision plat shall be,
and the same is hereby -proved.
2. In consideration of the approval of said plat b,; first
party, and first party Is Planning and Zoning Board, second party agrees
as follows:
(A) To submit to first party- the follo�^rint, detailed
improvement plans, acc_,table to the first party:
(1) A plan of the proposed '.istribution system
including the connecting; pipelines to the points of connection to the
first party's e:{isting �,aater distribution system and s _cr.aing all valves
and fire hydrants.
(2) Plans and profiles of the proposed s:nitary sager
system including all manholes and connections to t.e first party's
existing sanitary sewer system.

In the event the City of Fort Collins shall require larger
wa _r mains, sanitary sewer mains or storm sewer mains to be constructed
