OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING PORTIONS OF A "UTILITY EASEMENT"
ON LOT 4 IN A REPLAT OF A PART OF PONDEROSA PARK PUD
WHEREAS, Section 2-353(4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins autho-
rizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate easements, by resolution or by
approval of replats containing notation of such vacation and
WHEREAS, The owner of Lot 4 in A Replat of Part of Ponderosa Park
P.U.D. in the City of Fort Collins Larimer County, Colorado, has requested a
vacation of a portion of a "Utility Easement" on said Lot 4; and
WHEREAS, All of the appropriate Utilities have been contacted and
express no objection to the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Fort Collins that a portion of a "Utility Easement" described on
the attached Exhibit "A", hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Fort Collins held this 23rd day of October, A.D. 1989.

A partial vacation of a utility easement located in the Northeast
1/4 Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer State of Colorado, being
more particulary described as follows:
Considering the North line of the Northeast 1/4 of Said
Section 16, which bears N 89035'30" W., a distance of 1472.00
from the Northeast corner of said Section, thence S 00025'00" E,
328.60'to the Northwest corner of Lot 4, A Replat of a part of
Ponderosa Park PUD, thence S 89035'30" E 6.00' thence S 00025'00"
E 6.00 feet to the Point of Beginning thence S 89035'30" E 94.02
feet thence S 00025'00" E 8.00 feet thence N 89035'30" W 94.02
feet, thence N 00025'00" W 8.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
