PZ93-4 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS 'VACATING PORTIONS OF A BLANKET UTILITY, ACCESS, AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE PATIO HOMES AT PINEWOOD P.U.D. G WHEREAS„ Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHEREAS, the Owner of the Patio Homes at Pinewood P.U.D., City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has requested that the City vacate portions of a blanket utility, access, and drainage casement on said P.U.D., more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herewith; and WHEREAS, said portions of said blanket utility, access, and drainage easement are no longer necessary to retain and the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City and private utilities, and they have no objections. lj NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of �,` Fort Collins that the portions of the blanket utility, access, and drainage easement on the Patio �� Homes at Pinewood P.U.D. more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herewith, be and are hereby vacated.
