ORDINANCE NO. 67, 1972
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING Tiff' PLAT OF PARKWOOD MEADOWS
AM THE REPLAT OF PARKWOOD MEADOWS.
WHEREAS, heretofore, it was presented to the City of Fort Colli$js
and approved by the City, a plat of certain lands known as Parkwood Meadows
and a Replat of said Parkwood Meadows; and
WHEREAS, by said plats, certain streets and easements were dedicated
to the City for public use; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have since such time, filed a
Second Replat of Parkwood Meadows which was later approved and recorded, and
said Second Replat conforms with the development of said subdivision and
co, dedicates the streets and easements required by the City; and

~e :r WHEREAS, the owners of said property have petitioned the City Council
y C) to Wtfdate the Plat of Parkwood Meadows and the Replat of Parkwood Meadows; and

ODLLINS that the Plat of Parkwood Meadows filed June 3, 1968, and the Replat
of Parkwood ]!4adows filed May 5, 1969, and all streets and easements contained
Viereon be, and the same hereby are, abolished, vacated and abatted.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 28th day of September, A.D. 1972, and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of October, A.D. 1972. -
