THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 26th day
of January A, D. 19 65 , by and bewtween THE CITY OF FORT
COLLDITS, a mur,-cipal corporation, hereinafter designated as first party,
and John D. Martin and Eloise R. Martin
Hereinafter designated as second party, WITNESSETH:
WHEREA.S, second party has heretofore submitted a subdivision
plat of the cn,x'-; lc ion to be known as Martin Subdivision Second Filing
For approval by the Municipal Planning and Zoning Board and
the City Council of the City of Fort Collins, and
W73 sc.3 subdivision plat is acceptable to first party
and first par`y's Planning a7d Zoning Board, subject to construction of
utilities in the area to be subdivided,
Nai, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the terms
of this agreoment, it is mutually agreed as follows:
to F-rst party agrees that said subdivision plat shall be,
and the same is hcraby approved.

party, ar.0 f ct par'y`s Planning and Zoning Board, second party agrees
as follows:
(A.) To s,--,bmi.t to first party the following detailed
improvement plan^,, 2oceptable to the first party:
(1) A plan of the proposed *,,rater distribution system
including the connecting pipelines to the points of connection to the
first party's e'3_et_ng water distribution system and showing all valYes
and fire hydrants.
('_) Plans and profiles of the proposed sanitary sewer
system including all manholes and connections to the first party's
existing sanitary sewer system.
(3) A plan of the proposed electrical distribution system
including cony_^cting lines to the first party's existing electrical
distribution .q?r�t.em any, including all street Lights.
(Q Pla-ir and profiles of all street improvements.
(5) Pla^, and profiles of the proposed street drainage
