OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ABANDONING THE UNDEVELOPED
LAKE STREET TOWNHOMES P.U.D.
WHEREAS, Section 29-527 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to abandon
approved planned unit developments; and
WHEREAS, the Islamic Center of Fort Collins has requested that
the undeveloped Lake Street Townhomes P.U.D. be abandoned for the
purpose of constructing a church as a use -by -right; and
WHEREAS, the original Lake Street Townhomes was developed as
a planned unit development in accordance with Section 29-526 (Land
Development Guidance System); and
WHEREAS, the city's rights of ownership of or practical
ability to utilize any previously dedicated street, easement,
right-of-way or other public area or public property would not be
denied or diminished.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins that the Lake Street Townhomes
P.U.D. is hereby abandoned.
Passed and adopted at regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 22nd day of May, 1995.
