WHEREAS, approval of the Kingston Woods Planned Unit Development necessitates the vacation of rights -of -way for Patterson Place and McWilliams z Place as previously dedicated by and more particularly described on the plat entitled "Horsetooth Commons P.U.D." and a portion of the Horsetooth Road right- z of -way, all as described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto; and WHEREAS, City agencies and private utilities have been notified of the x replat and report no objection to the proposed vacations; and WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not x be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said street rights -of -way. Cn NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the street rights -of -way for Patterson Place and McWilliams Place as dedicated and described on the plat entitled "Horsetooth Commons P.U.D." and a portion of the Horsetooth Road right-of-way, all as more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and r abolished.
