On the typical ditch cross-section, sketch attached, the present R-O-W fence is not shown, the distance from road center line to south edge of oil mat or to the shoulder is not shown. 2. The bans: between the road R-O-W and the adjacent land owner, Glen Johnson, is cut in several places to drain irrigation water from the Johnson farm. 3. Where is the 50 foot R-O-W (fence) in relation to the bank? 4. Has the additional right-of-way been negotiated for as shown on the Plan -Profile? 5.
