NOTICE
Please take notice that on February 8, 1990, the Director of Planning of the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the Minor Subdivision Plat known as
Front Nine at Southridge Greens, Second Replat, which development was
submitted and processed in accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the Code of
the City of Fort Collins. The Minor Subdivision Plat of the subject property
is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Being a replat of Lots 19 and 20 of the Front Nine at
Southridge Greens P.U.D., and Lot 1 of the First Replat of
the Front Nine at Southridge Greens P.U.D., All Located in
the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, and the Northwest
Quarter of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 68 West of
the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Latimer, State
of Colorado.
