RESOLUTION NO. PZ96-2
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF A TEMPORARY UTILITY EASEMENT
IN THE GLENMOOR DRIVE P.U.D.
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain easements and rights -of -way, by resolution or by
approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of the Glenmoor Drive P.U.D. has requested the vacation of a
portion of a temporary utility easement, more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herewith by this reference; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has chosen to request the easement vacation by Resolution of the
Planning and Zoning Board rather than requesting the vacation on the plat of the Glenmoor
Drive P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS, the Glenmoor Drive P.U.D. is platting new easements necessary for utilities;
and
WHEREAS, all public and private utility agencies have been notified of the vacation
request and report no objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Fort Collins that the temporary utility easement area more particularly described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herewith by this reference be and the same hereby is vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Fort Collins held this 22nd day of January, A.D. 1996.

A part of a temporary easement situate in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of
the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which begins at the Southeast comer of
said easement which bears S 00' 32' 00" E 204.39 feet and again S 44' 32' 30" W 54.00 feet and again N 56' 09' 07"
W 79.05 feet and again S 00' 32' 00" E 163.28 feet and again N 90' 00' 00" E 27.21 feet from the Northeast corner
of Glenmoor P.U.D. and run thence N 00' 00' 00" W 129.14 feet; thence N 45' 00' 00" W 12.01 feet; thence S 00`
32' 00" E 137.64 feet; thence N 901 00' 00" E 7.21 feet to the point of beginning.
