All plant materials shall be in accordance with AAN specifications for Number One Grade. 2. All turf areas shall be Irrigated with an automatic pop-up irrigation system. All shrub beds and trees to be irrigated with an automatic drip (trickle) irrigation system. 3. All trees to be belled 6 burlapped. 6. All shrub beds to be mulched with gravel or pole peelings (3n average depth) on typar filter fabric. 3. Cdging between grass and shrub beds shall be 1/8nx ♦v steel get level with top of sod. 6.
