Second Filing has requested a vacation of a portion of a "Blanket Drainage, Access & Utility Easement; in said Fort Ram Village P.U.D. Second Filling; and WHEREAS, US West Communications, Columbine Cable Television, Public Service Co., City of Fort Collins Water & Sewer Department, City of Fort Collins Light & Power Department and City of Fort Collins Stormwater Utility have been contacted and express no objection to the proposed vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins that the portion of "Blanket Drainage, Access & Utility Easement" described on the attached Exhibit "A", is hereby vacated.
