Laurel PUD Dear Eldon: Staff has reviewed the 524 East -,,Laurel PUD and has the following comments: Utilities 1. A new sewer main will have to be installed in the Whitcomb Street IW right-of-way with the service for 524 West Laurel connected to this main. 2. Existing water services must be disconnected at the main in Laurel Street. New services should be installed before Laurel Street is resurfaced this summer. 3. An easement for Light and Power is needed for crossing private property to the east. 4. Sidewalks along Laurel and Whitcomb Streets should meet City standards or be replaced. 5. Loading zone activity will not be allowed to block traffic. Site Plan 1. Indicate type of fencing treatment on east property line. 2. Indicate all dimensions of building envelopes. I would recommend we meet as soon as possible to discuss the above items. Re- visions to the plans should be delivered to this office no later than Friday, June 4, 1982.
